Registered Nurse

Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and medical records
- Educate residents and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention strategies
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families during challenging times
Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess the following experience:
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Experience with specimen collection processing
- Ability to lift and transfer residents when necessary
- Strong collaboration skills with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Capability to provide ventilator support as required
- Understanding of geriatric care practices for the elderly population
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in IA
- L.P.N. or R.N. required
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly

Salary:
$34.00 per hour, $2 per hour attendance incentive, $1.50 evening shift differential, and $3 per hour weekend shift differential
